Tokyo Nights

Tokyo Nights at La Peer celebrates Tokyo's hallmarks of creative street food and raw preparations, paired with innovative cocktails and music designed to literally touch all of the senses.

Tokyo Nights is a dynamic collaboration between chefs Michael Rotondo and Hiroo Nagahara, both of whom worked together at Charlie Trotter’s Restaurant Charlie at Palazzo Las Vegas which earned a Michelin star in its first year. The menu will feature both a la carte sections as well as a tasting menu. The inspired beverages will compliment the cuisine as well as be enjoyed by themselves any day of the week.
